The African Blue Swallowtail is distinctive as the second largest butterfly in Africa. It is a strong, fast flier and can be spotted from the Ivory Coast to the Democratic Republic of Congo. With its singular zebra striping and radically unmatched abdomen, it has become a designers' favorite.
Wing color varies from powder-blue to aqua-green.
