The Walking Leaf Cycle is a simple study in the color forms that exist in a single exceptional species. In this particular species of walking leaf, green is the dominate color form, but occasional yellow forms occur less than 10 percent of the time while rare orange color aberrations can be found in less than one percent of specimens. Displayed together, they form a beautiful representation of the seasonal color seen in the leaves they so effectively emulate.
